The bite that started it all! I first tried French-style caramels while working at Hotel Meurice in Paris, and I knew I had to recreate them. Of all of our flavors, Classic Sea Salt probably took the most trial-and-error to perfect, and I think all that time and effort comes through in the finished product. It is by far our most popular flavor to date, and I don’t see that changing any time soon!
