With such an abundance of locally-grown lavender and apiaries here in California, adding this flavor to our line-up was only a matter of time. Because we infuse real lavender buds into our cream instead of using an extract, we’re able to avoid our caramels tasting “too perfume-y”, and you can really taste the floral qualities. It may be a French classic, but we consider our Honey Lavender caramels to be a showcase of some of the best agriculture our home state has to offer!
